Job summary

Estia Health in Bendigo is seeking dedicated care workers to join our aged care homes across Australia. You will support residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and companionship, helping to create a safe, respectful, and warm environment.

A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required, along with a genuine desire to make a difference. Previous caregiving experience and solid documentation/IT skills will help you thrive as part of our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required
• Experience as a caregiver or similar is helpful
• Strong communication and empathy are essential
• Solid documentation and computer skills are expected

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life and ensure residents feel heard and comfortable
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the care team
• Keep residents physically and mentally active
• Monitor health and assist with treatments as needed
• Provide companionship and protect privacy and dignity
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
