You will coordinate bookings, roster drivers, provide operational support and maintain high standards of customer service, blending admin, coordination and occasional driving.

Regular office attendance is required on Mondays. The role is based in Melbourne with a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time management to coordinate bookings and schedules.
• Experience in administration, rostering or transport coordination.
• Proficient with databases and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with discretion and confidentiality.
• Current Australian Driver Licence and commitment to safe, respectful transport.
