Claro is seeking a Community Support Worker in Gladesville to assist clients with daily living activities, personal care and home-based support. You will also help with medication reminders and meal preparation, while supporting community engagement and independence.

We offer flexible shifts, above-average casual rates, travel between client shifts, and training plus mentoring to support your career in aged care and disability services.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
