Claro is seeking a Disability Support Worker in Kangy Angy to provide daily living assistance, personal care, and support with medication adherence in clients' homes.

You will work flexible shifts, travel between client sites, and benefit from induction training, mentoring, and career pathways offered by our values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience with disability and aged support.
• Posses relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support.
• Hold current First aid/CPR.
• Manual handling experience.

Responsabilités

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home.
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care.
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment.
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication.
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation.
