Claro is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our Strathfield team. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and accompany clients to activities outside the home, while supporting medication adherence and meal preparation.

Applicants should have disability/aged care experience, relevant qualifications, First aid/CPR, and a valid Australian driver’s license with access to a car. We offer flexible shifts, paid travel, and extensive training opportunities.

• Hold current First aid/CPR.
• Must have Australian driver's license and access to a car.

Responsabilités

• Provide everyday daily living support at home.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Disability support worker to be a part of our team in Strathfield.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

About you

• Experience with disability and aged support
• Posses relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support
• Hold current First aid/CPR
• Manual handling experience
• You must posses an Australian drivers license, a car and car insurance.
