Job summary

Country Care Support Services in Camperdown, VIC, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred in-home and community-based support across children, adults and older people.

• Hold or be willing to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Current First Aid and CPR, Current Australian driver's licence, Reliable and appropriately insured vehicle, NDIS Worker Orientation Module
