Care Group Community Services was established in 2019, when a need for a culturally diverse support service was identified, who are also compassionate, caring and are committed to building long term relationships with those in need.

Our team provide in-depth framework, staffing, support solutions, accommodation and care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work in partnership with families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and other internal departments to provide personalised support and accommodation.

This role requires accurate and timely documentation of shifts, professional conduct, and a commitment to empowering participants to achieve their goals and maximise their independence.
