Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to assist clients in their private Ringwood homes, including NDIS participants and older adults, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

You will perform a range of tasks per each care plan: personal care, domestic duties, laundry, and community access. A Certificate III in relevant field, NDIS screening, infection control, First Aid/CPR, and transport are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/ Disability/ Aged Care required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Infection Control training required.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Own reliable transport (car) required.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, grooming, hygiene, and daily routines.
• Domestic assistance: cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dishes, laundry.
• Laundry: washing, drying, folding, putting away clothes and linens.
• Community access and transport to appointments, events, shopping, activities.
• Companionship and in-home respite to give caregivers a break.
• Respect client privacy and promote independence in a safe home environment.

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home CareSupport Worker to join our team. You will support clients intheir own private homes—including NDIS participants, older adultsreceiving Support at Home Aged Care, and individuals recovering fromhospital stays—helping them maintain their independence, dignity, andconnection to the community.

You will perform a mix of varied daily tasks tailored to eachclient's specific care plan:

Personal Care & Grooming: Assisting with showering,dressing, personal hygiene, and daily grooming routines.

Domestic Assistance & Cleaning: Vacuuming, moppingfloors, dusting, cleaning toilets and baths, emptying bins,washing dishes, and managing general household upkeep.

Laundry Assistance: Washing, drying, folding, and puttingaway clothes and fresh linens.

Community Access & Transport: Taking clients out intothe community for medical appointments, social events, shopping,and group activities.

Companionship & In-Home Respite: Providing friendlysocial interaction, meaningful engagement, and reliable in-homerespite care to give primary caregivers a break.

Client Well-being Support: Respecting client privacy andindependence while maintaining a friendly, observant presence toensure their home environment supports their daily routine safely.
