Acknowledge Education in Australia is seeking an experienced Course Coordinator for Community Services to ensure quality and relevance of courses, support academic staff, and promote student success. You will work closely with the Head of Department to drive curriculum enhancement and maintain accreditation standards.

The role focuses on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on industry relevance and student outcomes across higher education programs.

Formación

• Proven experience in higher education course coordination or program management.
• Understanding of TEQSA Standards, The National Code 2018 and Higher Education Standards Framework.
• Experience in curriculum development, course review and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across internal teams and industry.
• Ability to analyse course performance data and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of Community Services courses with academic staff.
• Support teaching excellence and learning outcomes through guidance to staff.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to retention and engagement initiatives.
• Map teaching staff to relevant teaching units and support staffing needs.
• Contribute to curriculum review and enhancement for industry relevance.
• Support governance and compliance processes for course delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements including TEQSA standards.
• Build relationships with internal teams, students and industry stakeholders.
• Analyse course performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
