Job summary

Acknowledge Education, part of UP Education, is inviting Expressions of Interest for Course Coordinator – Community Services opportunities across Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney campuses. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will coordinate the Bachelor of Community Services program, support academic staff and ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• AQF Level 9 (Master's degree) or higher in Community Work, Social Welfare, Human Services, Social Work or related discipline.
• Minimum three years' relevant full-time industry experience in Community Services or related sector.
• Experience in higher education course coordination or program management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating course delivery and supporting academic staff.
• Driving curriculum quality, teaching excellence and student outcomes.
• Monitoring course performance and identifying improvements.
• Supporting academic governance, quality assurance and accreditation requirements (TEQSA and CW Australia).
• Building strong relationships with students, academics and industry stakeholders.
