Job summary

UP Education is seeking Expressions of Interest for Course Coordinator – Community Services roles across multiple campuses in Australia. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will coordinate the Bachelor of Community Services, support staff, and ensure high-quality learning experiences.

The role focuses on curriculum quality, teaching excellence, student outcomes, and compliance with TEQSA and national standards, while fostering strong industry and student relationships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Community Work, Social Welfare, Human Services, Social Work or related field (AQF Level 9).
• Minimum three years’ full-time industry experience in Community Services or related sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course delivery and support academic staff.
• Drive curriculum quality, teaching excellence and student outcomes.
• Monitor course performance and identify improvements.
• Support academic governance, quality assurance and accreditation requirements (TEQSA and NCAS).
• Build strong relationships with students, academics and industry partners.
