Mercy Community is seeking a Community Registered Nurse to join our Rockhampton team. This permanent part-time role focuses on high-quality resident care with a supportive, values-driven culture.

You will lead a small team, ensure care plans involve residents and families, and coordinate nursing activities to meet service outcomes while maintaining ANACC documentation to optimise funding.

Formación

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in leading a team and supervising staff.
• Must be able to cover night shifts.
• Current and valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (NDIS Yellow Card) or ability to apply.
• Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, visa holder with no work restrictions.

Responsabilidades

About the role
