Job summary

SHE HR Consulting is partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Community Philanthropy Coordinator in Inner-city Sydney. The 3 to 4 month temporary role offers hybrid working options and will focus on delivering community fundraising campaigns and coordinating supporter initiatives.

You will support the rollout of campaigns, manage communications, monitor performance and maintain CRM records, while providing high-quality administrative assistance and exceptional supporter

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Excellent relationship building, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to maintain supporter records and fundraising data.
• Ability to work collaboratively while delivering an exceptional supporter experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate supporter communications, fundraising resources and campaign collateral.

Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children and young people experiencing homelessness, disadvantage and complex challenges. Through a range of education, housing, wellbeing and community programs, they help young people build safety, independence and brighter futures.

Inner-city Sydney location, close to public transport

3 to 4 month temporary contract

The Role

Reporting to the Community Fundraising Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering community fundraising campaigns and coordinate fundraising initiatives. This will involve generating support for community events and providing exceptional supporter care. You will also be responsible to:

• Support the rollout of a new flagship community fundraising event and DIY fundraising initiatives
• Develop and coordinate supporter communications, fundraising resources and campaign collateral
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve fundraising outcomes and supporter engagement
• Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and fundraising platforms while providing high-quality administrative support
