Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities in Sydney is seeking a dedicated fundraising professional to coordinate community fundraising campaigns and provide exceptional supporter care. You will help roll out a flagship event, create donor communications, and monitor outcomes.

You will manage multiple campaigns, maintain accurate supporter data in the CRM, and work collaboratively with the CFO Insurance team to deliver successful community programs. Hybrid Sydney-based role, 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple campaigns with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to maintain supporter records and fundraising data.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of flagship fundraising event and DIY fundraising initiatives.

• 3 to 4 month temporary contract
• Working 4 or 5 days per week, with some hybrid flexibility

The Role

Reporting to the Community Fundraising Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering community fundraising campaigns and coordinate fundraising initiatives. This will involve generating support for community events and providing exceptional supporter care. You will also be responsible to:

• Support the rollout of a new flagship community fundraising event and DIY fundraising initiatives
• Develop and coordinate supporter communications, fundraising resources and campaign collateral
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve fundraising outcomes and supporter engagement
• Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and fundraising platforms while providing high-quality administrative support

Skills Required

• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
• Excellent relationship building, communication and customer service skills
• Experience using CRM systems to maintain accurate supporter records and fundraising data
• The ability to work collaboratively while delivering an exceptional supporter experience
