Job summary

Raise is seeking a highly organized Fundraising Coordinator for a hybrid Sydney-based role. You will support prospect research, donor campaigns, and events while maintaining Salesforce records and team workflows.

This 6-month fixed-term contract offers salary packaging and a pathway to continuation for the right candidate. You will work closely with the Fundraising Strategist and Growth Impact Managers to ensure timely actions, accurate data and effective donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, events, donor engagement or similar activities.
• Strong administrative, organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to following up, solving problems and keeping work moving.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking initial prospect research and preparing profiles and prospect lists.
• Supporting donor acquisition, retention, stewardship and fundraising campaigns.
• Coordinating fundraising events, including venue arrangements, invitations, registrations, guest lists and follow-up.
• Coordinating meetings, calendars, logistics, actions and next steps across fundraising activity.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date fundraising records in Salesforce.
• Supporting the preparation and coordination of proposals, grants and funding submissions.
• Monitoring deadlines, workflows and key fundraising activity.
• Supporting reporting, team meetings, action tracking and continuous improvement across fundraising processes.

• Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced organisation delivering best-practice youth mentoring to over 2,000 young people across Australia
• Full-time - 6-month fixed-term contract with genuine potential to continue on an ongoing basis - Salary packaging available
• Hybrid role (Sydney office + home office), We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Fundraising Coordinator to help keep our fundraising activity moving.

Working closely with our Fundraising Strategist, Growth Impact Managers and broader fundraising team, you'll provide practical coordination across prospect research, donor and campaign activity, fundraising events, meetings and proposals, Salesforce administration and team workflows.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment, following things through and making sure important actions, information and opportunities don't fall through the cracks. The final PD specifically places the role across pipeline support, event coordination, CRM administration, proposal workflows and team operating rhythms.

Key responsibilities include:
