Switch Nutrition seeks a Community & Partnerships Lead to drive brand presence through gym activations, community sessions and strategic partnerships. This full‑time role requires flexible hours, weekend events, and travel across the Gold Coast region, with regular work from a Switch van and occasional Sunshine Coast office days.

You will build relationships with gyms, clubs and partners, coordinate activations, and capture leads while supporting growth initiatives and in-market engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in BD, account management or field sales.
• Strong relationship-building with gyms, retailers and community leaders.
• Experience managing CRM and pipelines (Monday.com).
• Self-motivated with ability to set schedules and hit targets.

The Community & Partnerships Lead is responsible for building brand presence, community engagement, and commercial growth through on-ground activations, events, and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on creating demand in the market by engaging directly with gyms, communities, and brand users, while supporting interactions with partners as part of broader brand activity.

This is a full-time salaried role with a flexible structure. Your hours shift to follow the highest-impact opportunities, which includes weekends when events are on and travel for major events. Day to day, you'll work remotely across the Gold Coast in a Switch work van, with a minimum two days a month at our Sunshine Coast office.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly gym activations and community sessions
• Coordinate brand presence at sporting clubs, HYROX, run clubs, functional fitness events and similar environments
• Represent the brand in-market and engage directly with customers
• Build and maintain relationships with gym operators, retail partners, and community stakeholders
• Support retail and gym partners through activations that increase brand visibility and engagement
• Drive awareness that leads to in-store and online demand
• Ensure strong product exposure and a consistent brand experience across all activations
• Identify new partnership opportunities in key markets
• Capture leads through events, activations and sampling
• Maintain records of leads, partners and contacts in Monday.com CRM

About you

You're probably the person who seems to know everyone at your gym, run club or local fitness events. You're outgoing, love meeting new people and get energy from being in a room full of them.

You’ll bring

• Proven sales experience, ideally in business development, account management or field sales
• A confident, outgoing personality and the ability to start conversations with anyone
• Strong relationship-building skills with gym operators, retailers and community leaders
• Experience managing a CRM and keeping leads, contacts and pipelines up to date (we use Monday.com)
• Self-motivation, with the drive to set your own schedule and hit targets without close supervision
• Strong organisation and adaptability, able to juggle multiple events and partners
• Willingness to work weekends and travel for major events
• A passion for fitness and performance environments
• An existing connection to the Gold Coast fitness community, and an understanding of gyms, running and HYROX, will be highly regarded.
