Job summary

Alliance Community in Australia is seeking a motivated Community Partnership Manager to lead regional growth across ACT and NSW, building strategic partnerships with NDIS supports, disability services and aged care providers.

You’ll drive new business, manage key relationships, and work with a national team to expand contracts, improve outcomes, and deliver wrap-around care to participants while advancing Alliance Australia’s mission.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in Disability, Community Care, or Aged Care.
• Knowledge of the Australian care landscape and funding models.
• Outstanding communication, written and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with energy, drive and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and build pipelines, secure relationships and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Own your region with face-to-face meetings, presentations, and referral-source engagement.
• Strategic account management to nurture and expand existing networks and contracts.
• Collaborate nationally with other states on agreements and cross-border growth.

About the Role – Community Partnership Manager (New South Wales)

This is your chance to take a high-impact business development role with genuine purpose. As our Community Partnership Manager for ACT, you’ll be at the forefront of building strong, strategic partnerships across:

• NDIS & Disability Supports
• Supported Independent Living (SIL)
• Allied Health Services

You’ll be driving commercial outcomes and changing lives – with the backing of a collaborative, national team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new business – Build pipelines, secure new relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Owning your region – Build your name in the sector through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and genuine connection with referral sources.
• Strategic account management – Nurture and expand existing networks and contracts.
• Collaborating nationally – Partner with Community Partnership Managers in other states on national agreements and cross-border growth.

What We’re Looking For

This role is made for someone who knows the sector, loves the chase, and can build trust fast.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnershipsin Disability, Community Care, or Aged Care
• Strong knowledge of the Australian care landscapeand funding models – particularly NDES?
