Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a Community Manager for Sunnylake Shores Lifestyle Site on the NSW Central Coast. You will lead day-to-day community operations, delivering exceptional resident experiences and fostering connection.

You’ll oversee presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy, and resident engagement while driving financial performance through budgeting and P&L management. A hands-on, empathetic leader who can coordinate teams and contractors will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care, or community settings.
• Ability to lead day-to-day operations while balancing priorities.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L outcomes.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll help lead day to day community operations, building a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents. You’ll deliver exceptional experiences through customer focused service and operational excellence.

In this Role, You’ll

• Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Oversee day to day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement
• Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L outcomes
• Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high quality outcomes

You’re Likely a Match If You

• Bring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings
• Are confident leading day to day operations while balancing competing priorities
• Have experience managing budgets, P&L performance or commercial outcomes
• Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy, professionalism and clear boundaries
• Are a visible, hands on leader who enjoys being the go to person for residents, teams and stakeholders
• Valid C-Class License
