Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations, ensuring the site and facilities are maintained to a high standard. You’ll deliver outstanding service to residents and guests, coordinate events, handle admin tasks, compliance, and reporting, and assist with resales and resident queries as needed.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day to day coordination and management of the community – helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our residents.
