Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Community Engagement Lead based at Arundel, with regular travel across the Network including Mount Warren Park, Boonah, Coolangatta and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Network Manager, you will identify and lead strategically aligned new community business opportunities and drive growth strategies while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder connections.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in a health, community service or other relevant discipline or equivalent community sector experience – Essential
• Extensive experience in aged care / health care / human services sector
• Experience in stakeholder management and community engagement roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead strategically aligned new community business opportunities and drive growth strategies across the Network
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, collaboration and engagement for BlueCare communities
• Establish and maintain constructive relationships with partner organisations and community groups
• Provide skilled public representation to build BlueCare's community profile and engagement
