Job summary

BlueCare is recruiting a Community Engagement Lead in Arundel, Queensland, with travel across the Network. The role reports to the Network Manager and focuses on identifying strategic community opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and growing BlueCare’s presence in the regions.

The ideal candidate has extensive health/community sector experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage corporate messaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in a health, community service or other relevant discipline – Essential
• Extensive experience in aged care / health care / human services sector
• Experience with client-centered, community-based care services delivery or willingness to learn
• Experience delivering corporate messaging to senior stakeholders and groups
• Experience in stakeholder management and community engagement roles
• Strong verbal and written communication, liaising with senior stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel across the Network including Mount Warren Park, Boonah, Coolangatta & surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead pursuit of strategically aligned new community business opportunities
• Drive growth strategies across the Network while maintaining stakeholder connections
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, collaboration and engagement
• Establish and maintain constructive relationships with partner organisations and community groups
