Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Community Engagement Lead based in Arundel with regular travel across the Network. You will identify and pursue new community business opportunities and drive growth strategies while maintaining stakeholder networks.

Reporting to the Network Manager, you will coordinate communications and build BlueCare’s profile in the communities we serve. The role emphasizes relationship building, public representation, and resourcing local operations with meaningful connections to

Qualifications

• Qualifications in a health, community service or other relevant discipline – Essential
• Current Australian Drivers License – Essential
• Extensive experience in aged care / health care / human services sector
• Demonstrated ability to deliver corporate messaging to senior stakeholders
• Experience in stakeholder management and community engagement
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel across the network

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead the pursuit of strategically aligned new community business opportunities
• Drive growth strategies across the Network
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, collaboration and engagement
• Establish and maintain constructive relationships with partner organisations and community groups
• Provide skilled public representation to build BlueCare’s community profile
• Resource local BlueCare operations with meaningful connections and processes
