Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Community Engagement Lead based in Arundel with regular travel across the Network to identify and pursue new community business opportunities and drive growth strategies. You will coordinate stakeholder communication and engagement, maintain relationships with partner organisations, and provide skilled public representation to raise BlueCare’s profile.

Qualifications

• Essential: Qualifications in a health, community service or relevant discipline.
• Essential: Current Australian Drivers Licence.
• Extensive experience in aged care/health care/human services.
• Understanding of client-centred, community-based care services or willingness to learn.
• Experience delivering corporate messaging to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in stakeholder management and community engagement roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel across the network (Mount Warren Park, Boonah, Coolangatta & surrounds).

Responsibilities
