Qualifications

• Essential: Qualifications in a health, community service or relevant discipline.
• Essential: Current Australian Drivers Licence.
• Extensive experience in aged care/health care/human services.
• Understanding of client-centred, community-based care services or willingness to learn.
• Experience delivering corporate messaging to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in stakeholder management and community engagement roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel across the network (Mount Warren Park, Boonah, Coolangatta & surrounds).

Reporting to the Network Manager in that region, the role is responsible for identifying and leading the pursuit of strategically aligned new community business opportunities and driving growth strategies across the Network whilst maintaining a strong connection and network of internal and external stakeholders. In doing this, the role is accountable for coordinating stakeholder communication, collaboration and engagement ensuring optimal profiling of BlueCare within the communities we serve. The Community Engagement Lead is responsible for establishing, monitoring and maintaining constructive relationships with partner organisations, community groups and aligned entities, providing skilled public representation that builds BlueCare’s community profile.
