Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Community Engagement Lead based at Arundel with regular travel to Mount Warren Park, Boonah, Coolangatta and surrounding areas. The role reports to the Network Manager and drives growth by identifying community opportunities and coordinating engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will build BlueCare’s profile, coordinate communications, and establish partnerships with community groups and partner organisations across the network.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in a health, community service or other relevant discipline – Essential
• Extensive experience in aged care / health care / human services sector
• Professional communication with senior stakeholders and groups

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead pursuit of new community business opportunities across the network
• Drive growth strategies while maintaining strong stakeholder connections
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, collaboration and engagement to profile BlueCare in communities
• Establish, monitor and maintain constructive relationships with partner organisations and community groups
