Job summary

Starlight Children's Foundation in Sydney CBD is seeking a Community Fundraising Coordinator to provide administrative support across flagship campaigns such as Super Swim, Tour de Kids, Super Steps and Trek for Kids. You will help implement campaigns and manage inquiries.

You will work with Marketing & Communications to run events, support live fundraising, build relationships with sponsors and agencies, and deliver budgets and reporting from CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting teams in a busy, collaborative environment.
• Strong project coordination including planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Passion for events with the flexibility to travel interstate and occasional weekends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail with creativity and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of community fundraising campaigns.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of digital and social media including handling inquiries.
• Work with Marketing & Communications to create effective physical and virtual events.
• Represent Starlight and support community live fundraising events.
• Develop relationships with agency partnerships, sponsors and suppliers.
• Provide admin support including reporting, budgets, invoice processing, travel bookings, CRM.
