Job summary

The Hospital Research Foundation Group is seeking a proactive Community Fundraising and Events Coordinator to grow fundraising campaigns, events and peer-to-peer initiatives across Western Australia. You will nurture corporate partnerships, manage sponsor activities and coordinate engaging experiences that align with the organisation’s strategic plan.

You will report to the Growth Impact Lead - WA and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and community supporters to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Three-five years' experience in a fundraising, partnerships, sponsorship or events role.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships and sponsorships.
• Knowledge of community fundraising and peer-to-peer campaigns.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and public speaking.
• Strong planning, time management and ability to meet targets.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Grow community fundraising campaigns, events and peer-to-peer initiatives.
• Nurture partnerships with sponsors, supporters and community organisations.
• Coordinate experiences that raise awareness and funds.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, partners and supporters to run campaigns.
• Develop partnership, sponsorship and fundraising plans aligned with strategy.
• Identify and cultivate new corporate partners and opportunities.
• Lead peer-to-peer fundraising and events.
• Develop event briefs, schedules, budgets and delivery plans.
• Monitor fundraising targets and provide reports in the CRM.
• Promote collaborative relationships with colleagues and the community.
