Qualifications
- Strong project coordination with planning, scheduling and reporting.
- Experience supporting busy teams and events coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfort with social media content creation and live events.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of community fundraising campaigns.
- Assist with digital and social media content and enquiries.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on events, launches and streams.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue, permits and volunteers.
- Represent Starlight at live fundraising events and build partnerships.
- Coordinate merchandise production and supplier relationships.
- Provide admin support including reporting, budgets, and CRM maintenance.
