Job summary

You will help execute the store's community strategy, engage with local studios and ambassadors, and build authentic relationships that drive guest acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Active involvement in the local fitness and wellness community is highly valued.
• Ability to build authentic connections with guests and partners.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Educate guests on products through authentic, community‑focused messaging.
• Support in executing the store's community strategy and events.
• Cultivate relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios and athletes.
• Assist on floor, drive Move Strategy, and participate in local gym/studio partnerships.
• Assist in collecting and sharing community insights with store leadership.
