The Commons in Sydney seeks a proactive Community Associate to foster a thriving, inclusive environment. You will support member experience, events, and seamless operations, engaging with members, hosting tours, inductions, and welcome packs.

You’re a team player who can work independently, with meticulous attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills to support both members and the wider team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with members and colleagues.
• Initiate contact easily, especially with new people.
• Experience with administration and/or operations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests from the front desk with excellent service.
• Anticipate member needs to enhance experiences.
• Facilitate introductions and engagement through relationships.
• Oversee onboarding and welcome packs for new members.
• Support events creation and set-up for weekly programs.
• Handle IT/ticket basics and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain member databases, space cleanliness, and inventory.
