Job summary

The Commons is seeking a passionate Community Manager to lead a dynamic space and foster an inclusive, thriving community for professionals across industries. You will champion member experience, oversee events, and coordinate facilities to ensure a welcoming and productive environment.

You’ll guide the Community Team, manage daily operations, and drive member growth while maintaining exceptional service and a sense of belonging for members across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management and events coordination.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member experience and act as main point of contact for members and guests.
• Plan and execute events that align with brand and quality standards.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance and liaise with Operations Team.
• Manage day-to-day operations and team workload to ensure a high-quality member experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to the Community Team.
• Drive membership sales, inductions, and changes, including renewals and reactivations.
• Foster long-term member relationships and monitor feedback to improve services.
