The Commons in Australia is seeking a friendly Community Associate to help build a thriving member experience across daily operations, events, and facilities.

You will greet members, manage onboarding, coordinate events, and support IT and admin tasks to keep the space welcoming and well-run.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with others.
• Experience with administration and/or operations.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to navigate change.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the front desk with excellent service.
• Anticipate member needs to enrich their experience.
• Facilitate introductions and engagement through relationships.
• Onboard new members and manage inductions.
• Support daily scheduling and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in creating and distributing event materials.
• Help setup and pack-down for events.
• Maintain databases of members, companies, and suppliers.
• Ensure workspace is clean and operational.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff and report maintenance.
