Job summary

The Commons in Victoria is seeking a proactive Community Manager to nurture a thriving, inclusive space for professionals across diverse industries. You’ll lead member engagement, plan events, and oversee daily operations with heart and clear vision.

As part of the team, you’ll coach the Community Team, drive member growth and retention, and partner with facilities and cafe teams to deliver exceptional experiences across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience building communities and delivering engaging member experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and organisation skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to manage events and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member experience and act as the main contact for members.
• Plan and execute events that align with the brand and standards.
• Manage facilities and coordinate maintenance with the Operations Team.
• Lead and mentor the Community Team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive membership sales, inductions, and onboarding processes.
• Foster long-term member relationships and retention strategies.
• Communicate upcoming changes and initiatives to members and staff.
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure a welcoming workspace.
