Job summary

Western Sydney International Airport is seeking a Community Engagement Advisor for a 6-month contract to support operational readiness and community engagement programs at Luddenham, NSW. Reporting to the Executive Manager – Community, you will coordinate consultations, handle enquiries, deliver communications, and build relationships with residents and stakeholders while upholding safety and compliance.

Willingness to undertake occasional out-of-hours and weekend work is required; IAP2

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or corporate affairs.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or major projects preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex information into clear messaging.
• Current NSW Driver Licence; willingness to undertake occasional out-of-hours and weekend work.
• IAP2 accreditation is highly regarded.
