Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney's Breakthru team in Dubbo is seeking a compassionate Community Disability Support Worker to help people with disabilities live independently and engage with their communities. This casual/temporary role focuses on person-centred support in homes, workplaces, and neighborhood settings, with flexibility to cover afternoons and weekends.

You will assist with daily living, community activities, and goal achievement, building connections and promoting choice.

About the role…

An exciting role exists for a passionate and empoweringDisability Support Workers to join our growing Dubbo team.You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer-centric role, you will work with a wide range of customers.

Please note: We are needing people with availability 3pm-8pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Weekends 8am-12pm or 4pm to 10pm. We also have 7am-9am supports Monday- Friday available.

Key responsibilities include:

About you…

As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.

Essential Criteria:
