Breakthru in Dubbo is seeking a passionate Disability Support Worker to help people with a disability live independently and achieve their personal goals within the community. You’ll support customers in homes, workplaces, and local neighbourhoods, building real connections and fostering social wellbeing.

The role emphasizes person-centred practice and flexible afternoon/evening shifts. Pre-employment checks including criminal record, Working with Children check, and NDIS screening are required;

About The Role…

An exciting role exists for a passionate and empowering Disability Support Workers to join our growing Dubbo team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer‑centric role, you will work with a wide range of customers.

Please note: We are needing people with availability 3pm-8pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Weekends 8am-12pm or 4pm to 10pm. We also have 7am-9am supports Monday- Friday available.

About You…

As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.

• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
