Job summary

Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, seeks Disability Support Workers to support people with a disability to live independently and engage in social activities in the Dubbo community. Shifts include 3pm–8pm Wed/Thu/Fri; weekends 8am–12pm or 4pm–10pm; 7am–9am Mon–Fri. You will work in homes, workplaces, and local neighbourhoods to help clients achieve personal goals.

About The Role

An exciting role exists for a passionate and empowering Disability Support Workers to join our growing Dubbo team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer‑centric role, you will work with a wide range of customers.

We are needing people with availability 3pm-8pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Weekends 8am-12pm or 4pm to 10pm. We also have 7am-9am supports Monday- Friday available.

About You

As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.

Essential Criteria

• Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
