Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney is seeking a compassionate Community Disability Support Worker for Cairns on a casual/temporary basis. You will work in the community with clients in homes, workplaces, and neighbourhood settings, focusing on independence and personalised supports.

Open availability required to cover 10–20 hours per week and leave coverage; essential checks include Working with Children’s Checks, Criminal Record checks and NDIS screening clearance.

• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)

About the role… We’re seeking a casual team member to join our wonderful Cairns team, someone who has open availability. With flexibility to adapt to the needs of the individuals we support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accessing the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities
