Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney is seeking a Casual/Temporary Community Disability Support Worker for Charlestown, NSW. The role involves night shifts, personal care, and community-based support, working from home or client locations across the area.

• Engagement in social events
• Transportation assistance where required
• Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports
• Responsible for all aspects of personal care
• Providing goal focused supports for activities, programs, community supports
• In home supports
• Transport and travel
• Supports related to specific health needs
• Report writing including daily case notes
• Your role will go beyond daily care – you will be instrumental in promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

About the role…

We’re seeking a casual team member to join our Charlestown teamwith open availability. The role includes active night shifts, personal care, rotating rosters, short shifts, regular and occasional weekend work, driving a pool car, and having regular access to a private vehicle to transport participants.
