Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and develop educational, training, and support programs.
• Interview clients to determine the nature and extent of difficulties.
• Monitor and report on client progress.
• Refer clients to additional support agencies as needed.
• Evaluate community needs in health, housing, employment, training, and welfare services.
• Collaborate with community groups, welfare agencies, government bodies, and private businesses to raise awareness of resources.
