Job summary

Earlyhood Executive in Bondi, NSW, is partnering with a small not-for-profit early learning centre to appoint an experienced Centre Director who will lead a dedicated team and champion high-quality care. The role focuses on community relationships, staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of early childhood education, aligned with NQF and NQS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership position.
• Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and relevant childcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A supportive, hands-on and collaborative leadership style.
• Passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality outcomes for children.
• Current Working with Children Check.
