Earlyhood Executive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a brand-new early learning centre in Avalon, VIC. This pivotal role will oversee daily operations and ensure delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

You will lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, drive enrolments and occupancy, and build strong relationships with families and the local community while ensuring NQF compliance and continuous improvement across the centre.

Qualifikationen

• Centre Director experience (2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a team
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive occupancy and centre performance
