Earlyhood Executive Recruitment is seeking a Centre Director to lead a small early learning centre in Hebersham, Western Sydney. This role suits a compassionate leader who thrives in a personalised environment and enjoys building strong relationships with educators, children and families.

You will shape the service, mentor a dedicated team, ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, and contribute to continuous improvement while fostering a warm, engaging culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous Centre Director or senior leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional early childhood education.
