Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced Centre Director for a community not-for-profit childcare service on Adelaide's outskirts. You will lead a warm team, mentor staff, and ensure a safe, engaging space for children and families.

Required qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood, strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, and valid First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma credentials. A Working With Children Check and related clearances are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Centre Director in long day care (minimum 5 years).
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standard.
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Working With Children Check and RHHAN-EC.
• Warm, approachable leadership style and a passion for building genuine relationships with children, families, and staff.

• Guide and empower a dedicated team while upholding quality practice and compliance.

We are seeking a warm, experienced Centre Director to lead this close-knit and dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor, guide, and empower educators while maintaining a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
