Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Sydney seeks a Centre Director to lead a busy inner-city centre. You will guide staff, strengthen family relationships and drive high-quality outcomes for children across the learning program.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, focusing on sustainable growth, staff development and community partnerships in a Not-for-Profit setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in disadvantaged areas.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Geccko).

Responsibilities

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed with global leaders in pedagogy.
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals.
• Plan for the future of the centre, build attendance and revenue-generating initiatives.
