The Y NSW is seeking a Customer Service Officer to greet and assist members and guests at our Epping centre. You will deliver a welcoming, professional experience across front desk interactions, phone inquiries, and support for programs and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the centre entrance.
• Respond to enquiries about memberships, programs and bookings.
• Process payments using EFTPOS or POS systems.
• Support membership sales and conduct tours.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.
• Manage phone calls and bookings.
• Complete cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
• Keep reception and centre areas clean and organised.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a great guest experience.
