The Y NSW is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Assistant for Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre in West Pymble. You will welcome members, assist with memberships, bookings and program enquiries, and ensure transactions are processed accurately.

Qualifications

Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre (West Pymble) is a vibrant community recreation centre operated by The Y NSW in partnership with Ku-ring-gai Council. The centre features a modern gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, group fitness programs, swimming lessons, and family-friendly facilities, serving people of all ages across the local community.

Your Role

• Welcome members and visitors with exceptional customer service

• Support smooth day-to-day centre operations
