Job summary

The Y NSW operates Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre (West Pymble), a community recreation centre offering a modern gym, indoor and outdoor pools, group fitness programs, swimming lessons and family facilities for people of all ages.

The role welcomes members with exceptional customer service, manages memberships, bookings and program enquiries, processes payments accurately and supports day-to-day centre operations, including handling feedback with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Working With Children Check required.
• CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Commitment to safety, inclusion and safeguarding.

Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre (West Pymble) is a vibrant community recreation centre operated by The Y NSW in partnership with Ku-ring-gai Council. The centre features a modern gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, group fitness programs, swimming lessons, and family-friendly facilities, serving people of all ages across the local community.

Your Role
