Job summary

The Salvation Army Colac Corps is seeking a Community Care Administrator to be the welcoming first point of contact and provide essential administrative support across community programs in Colac, VIC. The role is permanent, part-time, 12 hours a week, on site.

Reporting to the Community Care Team Leader, you will manage records, bookings, referrals and volunteer rosters, while upholding privacy and safeguarding standards. A current driver licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple records and confidential information.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
• Assist with enquiries, intake, bookings and connections to programs.
• Provide administrative support across Community Care programs.
