Job summary

The Salvation Army Colac Corps is seeking a part-time Community Care Administrator to be the welcoming first point of contact and to provide essential administration across key community programs. You’ll help keep records, reporting and volunteer systems running smoothly, enabling the team to focus on ministry and community impact.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital systems.
• Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers.
• Assist with enquiries, intake, bookings and program connections.
• Provide admin support across Community Care records and reporting.
• Maintain participant, program and reporting records accurately and timely.
• Coordinate volunteer rosters, onboarding and training records.
• Support processes to improve efficiency while safeguarding information.
